Here is an antique steel engraved black and white botanical print of Myristica Moschata (Nutmeg) by G. Aikman, Edinr for Encyclopedia Britannica 9th Edition. George Aikman (1830–1905) was a Scottish painter and engraver.

About the plant Myristica Moschata (Nutmeg):

Nutmeg is the seed or ground spice of several species of the genus Myristica. Myristica fragrances (fragrant nutmeg or true nutmeg) is a dark-leaved evergreen tree cultivated for two spices derived from its fruit: nutmeg, from its seed, and mace, from the seed covering. It is also a commercial source of an essential oil and nutmeg butter.
