Refund policy

Return & Refund Policy:

1. Since the products we sell are mostly vintage and antiques they may have visible scratches and chip offs. We cherish them as they are reminders of the story they have been part of and hence we proudly display them in the product pictures too. Pls double check the images and dimensions before your buy. We accept no returns on any vintage or antique products.

2.  There are some exceptions in some products like vintage mirror frames where mirror come as a complimentary item along with the frame. It would be a rare case where an item arrives damaged because we pack all our products with at-most care in plywood boxes to avoid damages during the transit. In that case please email us the image of the damaged product within 48 hours of receiving your order to support@purathanam.com. We will initiate the refund process just for the mirror. You will receive the refund in 5 working days. 

Cancellation Policy:

1. Cancellation requests will be accepted strictly within 24 hours of placing the order only. 
2. Products can be cancelled before we ship and payment will be refunded within 5 working days. 
3. Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.
