A vintage brass corpus of Jesus Christ of Italian origin from the 1980s, mounted on a hand-finished teak wood cross, has been added to our Purathanam June Collection.
The brass figure is rendered with fine detail from the crown of thorns and the draped cloth to the trefoil-shaped terminals at the ends of the cross.
Crafted in brass and teak, it carries a quiet presence one that is felt before it is seen. A beautiful addition to a home altar, a reading corner, or a wall that deserves something sacred.
